STEP ONE

IN SHOWROOM CONSULTATION

The homeowner schedules a time to come together with one of our talented designers in the showroom. We then discuss the scope of work, investment amount, basic layout, and design styles for the spaces requiring remodeling. Our goal in this meeting is to “set the table” for the project. We are here to listen and absorb your ideas in order to present as many options as possible to help you make the right decisions.

STEP TWO

IN HOME MEASURE

We come to you. The designer and homeowner will once again meet but this time at the homeowner’s residence where the project will be taking place. The designer will be gathering preliminary measurements, reviewing the design elements of the project as well as the scope of work.

STEP THREE

DESIGN REVIEW AND ESTIMATE

The homeowner and designer will meet back at the showroom to review a rendering and estimate of approximately how much the project will cost.

STEP FOUR

FINALIZING THE PROJECT

For a small down payment, we will have our General Contractor and Designer meet back at the Homeowners residence to confirm the scope of work and design elements. At this appointment, the GC will be assessing the plumbing, electrical, and all other aspects of the remodel. They will require access to electrical panels, attic spaces, crawl spaces, etc. The design will be finalized, questions addressed, and after a deposit is made all the materials will be ordered and the project will proceed accordingly.
